Discover Your Inner Compass to Navigate Life’s Changes
Trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I offer specialized support for perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting both birth parents and partners.
Life changes can be overwhelming, whether you’re a teen exploring adulthood, a college student facing new career paths, a retired adult navigating retirement, or a new parent adjusting to postpartum challenges. You don’t have to move through these experiences alone. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore your struggles, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most so you can move forward with clarity and hope.

About Me
Hi, I’m Natali, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Lodi, CA.
For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside teens and adults through life’s ups and downs—honoring their struggles and fostering healing that brings clarity and renewed hope. I provide trauma-informed therapy, including specialized support for pregnancy, postpartum, and life transitions. True North reflects my belief that we each have an inner compass to guide us, and my passion is helping clients reconnect with that compass so they can move forward with balance and purpose. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to support clients and families in the language that feels most comfortable for them.
